

Massage Pad Breath Reset
A mobile breath reset combining calm, controlled breathing with massage pad recovery.
Get comfortable with the pad supporting your back. Keep the pressure relaxing, not painful.
1. Settle
Relax the jaw, drop the shoulders, and feel where the pad contacts your back. Take 3 easy breaths.
2. Nose breathing
Breathe quietly through the nose. Let every exhale tell the back it is safe to release.
3. Back expansion
Feel the ribs expand sideways and gently into the back. Inhale to create space, exhale to soften.
4. Extended exhale
Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 6 seconds. Scan jaw, neck, shoulders, upper back, mid back, lower back, and hips.
